I made these and they’re delish! 😋
White Chocolate Raspberry Breakfast Cookies
Cookie Batter:
♥️ 2 cups rolled oats
♥️ 2 mashed bananas
♥️ 1/2 cup protein powder of your choice
♥️ 2 T maple syrup
Mix in:
🤍 1/2 cups raspberries
🤍 1/4 cup Lily’s White Chocolate Chips (I mixed the chips in the batter, and then placed 3 raspberries on top of each cookie).
Set oven to 350. Bake for 10-12 min.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and divide dough evenly into 12 cookies.
Press down with a fork to flatten into cookie shape before placing in the oven.
